HOLE 3

There is a water hazard on the left-hand side of the fairway, it starts at approximatley 200 yards from the tee and fininshes around 250yds from the tee. There is also the first of two ditches. The first ditch is approximatley 250 yards from the tee, the second ditch is a further 60 yards. A lay-up to the first ditch is adivsable. However lay-up to far and you could be left with over 150 yards to the green. A risk and reward hole. Get as close as you can to the first ditch and you're left with a shirt iron to the green. From the fairway the view to the green is blocked by a large tree, but this tree shouldn't come in to play!

The green is relatively flat and is protected by bunkers front and back.
