CIVIL CEREMONY
At Woolston Manor Golf and Country Club, we offer two fully licensed function suites for your Civil Ceremony.
The Lounge Suite accommodates up to 120 guests, providing an intimate setting where all your loved ones can gather together. Choosing our Lounge Suite for your civil ceremony creates an intimate, cozy atmosphere, perfect for exchanging vows surrounded by your closest loved ones. The intimate setting allows for a personal, meaningful experience, making every moment feel special and heartfelt.
The Taylors Suite is designed for larger celebrations, comfortably hosting up to 250 guests. Choosing our Taylors Suite for your civil ceremony offers a grand and spacious setting, allowing you to share your special day with a larger group of family and friends. The open space enhances the celebratory atmosphere, It's the perfect choice for couples who want to create a magnificent, unforgettable experience with everyone they love gathered together.
HOW TO PREPARE
REGISTRAR SERVICES -
​Reach out to the local registrar's office to schedule an appointment that works for you.
Woolston Manor is covered by The Essex County Council Registration Services.
Select your ceremony time, and allow the venue to organise the rest of your day accordingly.

TIMINGS ON THE DAY -
It is important to ensure that your guests arrive at the venue early enough to take their seats prior to the start of the ceremony. The registrars will need to meet with the couple, either separately or together, before the ceremony to address any final questions. Please allocate sufficient time for both meetings.​

DURING THE CEREMONY - ​​
It is necessary to have two witnesses present during the ceremony to observe the couple's marriage and to sign the register.
The registrar will inform all attendees of any additional requirements needed while the ceremony is in progress.
